I believe every human being is an artist. The first and foremost thing you must do is, shed your fear of the creative process. Art is nothing more than your imagination building something from something, or something from nothing-nothing more-nothing less. If you throw a paint can against a canvas and glue it in the position it landed, guess what? You’ve just created an art piece. Is it a masterpiece? That depends on it’s composition and color values. If you want to be an artist but think you haven’t any talent, you’re dead wrong! Everyone has talent.

Sure, talents comes in degrees just like everything else, but don’t let that stop your mind from going a little artsy fartsy. The world is your canvas-paint your expression on it and see what transpires. It won’t bite.
